Graybuilt loves building. Their experience encompasses all aspects of residential construction specialising in highly detailed architectural work.

Graybuilt is a partnership between Paul Gray and Jacob Chapple. Paul started as a carpenter and with extensive training, single-minded dedication and experience became the builder he is today. Paul has been building houses for over 30 years with some commercial projects along the way. He believes it is his communication and organisational skills, his eye for detail, and his Graybuilt Team that make the job of building such a positive experience for all concerned.

Jacob started with Graybuilt as an apprentice carpenter and after completing both his Carpentry Certificate and Building Cert IV has quickly proven himself and has been responsible for managing some of our most detailed projects over recent years, adopting and refining the Graybuilt culture of open and clear communication and attention to detail.

The Graybuilt Team works directly with clients, architects and designers on the project from planning and budgeting to the finest finishing details. Paul and Jacob are experts in giving clear and accurate advice and following instructions, ensuring that even the smallest things aren’t forgotten.

Paul and Jacob have spent years establishing and developing their team of employees and sub-contractors. Having over 40 years building experience between them, they have worked on many projects together and the Team has become a ‘well-oiled machine’ producing finished work of the highest quality.
